基于Pro/E的直动从动件盘形凸轮设计

摘要 基于Pro/E软件建立了全参数化的凸轮三维实体模型,完成了功能模型的零部件设计与约束连接装配以及凸轮机构的运动学仿真与分析,并为凸轮机构的快速响应设计与仿真分析提供了可借鉴的技术与方法,提高了设计效率和质量。 Based on Pro/E software,a fully parameterized cam three-dimensional entity model was established.The part design of function model and the assembly constraint connection were completed.The kinematic simulation and analysis of cam mechanism were also completed.This design provides a useful method for rapid response design and simulation analysis of cam mechanism,and improves the efficiency and quality of design.
