Supply and demand are the fundemental factor and political factor is the key factor among other economic and natural factors influencing the real estate price. To achieve healthy, sustainable and stable development of the real estate industry, based on situations at home and abroad, China should focus on housing vacancy rate, safeguard affordable housing, control loans, and ensure the meeting of rigid demand. China should also inhibit the property-value bubble integrating the market economy by enhancing supervision and improving the environment. Finally, It should stabilize the political power and the housing price as the political stability is the foundation of economic stability and a reasonable policy for the price of land also works.
