摘要 职业教育人才培养多以三阶段递进式、教学做合一模式、双证式、"三明治"式等方式实施,但这些模式只能突出某一方面的特色。随着职业技能竞赛的全面展开,通过对以开展项目教学为基础,以科技竞赛为引导,实施过程中"以问导学、以做带学、以考促学、以赛励学"为特色的创新型人才培养模式的实践,学生的实践能力得到加强,职业素质得到提升,教学质量全面提升,学生就业能力大大增强。 Vocational education talent training has been implemented by using three stage progressive mode, teaching,learning and doing integration mode, dual certificate mode, and "sandwich" mode. But these modes can only highlight the feature of one aspect. With the overall development of vocational skills competition, based on conducting project teaching,guided by science and technology competition, the practice of innovative talent training mode characterized by learning guided by asking, learning improved by doing, learning promoted by examining, and learning encouraged by competition, students' practice ability is strengthened, vocational quality is improved, teaching quality is enhanced, and employment ability is increased.
