高职院校教学督导工作中各要素关系的处理

摘要 教学督导是提高高职院校人才培养质量的保证,在充分认识督导工作重要性的基础上,正确处理教学督导与教师的关系、教学督导与学校管理者的关系、"督"与"导"的关系,才能有效提高教学督导水平。为此,须坚持以人为本的督导理念,转变传统的督导方式,做好教学督导的信息反馈工作。 Teaching supervision is to improve the talent training quality of higher vocational education. On the basis of fully understanding the importance of supervision work, it should correctly handle the relationship between teaching supervision and teachers, teaching supervision and school administrators, "supervision" and "guidance" relationship, so as to effectively improve the level of teaching supervision. Therefore, it must adhere to the people-centered supervision idea, change the traditional mode of supervision, and do a good job of teaching supervision information feedback.
