职业能力为导向的高职会计实践教学体系研究

A Study of Higher Vocational Accounting Practice Teaching System Orientated to Professional Ability

高职教育以培养"应用型人才"为目标,强调理论够用,实践性强。为构建基于能力的高职会计实践教学体系,要做到:明确相关岗位的职业能力要求,以其为导向优化课程设置,丰富教学内容;丰富实践教学的手段与方法;积极推行工学结合、理实一体的教学模式;探索符合实践教学要求的教学管理模式;改革传统的学制,增加实践小学期;加大"双师"师资队伍建设,提高教师实践能力;完善校内组织管理机构,健全相关的管理制度。

Higher vocational education aims to cultivate applied talents, and emphasizes enough theory and strong practice.To build higher vocational accounting practice teaching system based on ability, it should define the professional ability requirement of related post, optimize courses guided by professional ability, enrich teaching content, enrich methods of practice teaching, actively promote the teaching mode combining working and learning, and integration of theory and practice, explore the teaching management mode in line with practice teaching requirements, reform the traditional credit, increase practice term,enlarge the construction of double quality teachers, improve the practice ability of teachers, and perfect the organization management institution and related management system.
