从我国高职院校的广大学生的学习和成长状况来看,学生中存在着一些思想进步方面的问题和现象。如何能够更好地深化学生的进步思想,提升学生的思想政治素养,提高学生学习兴趣,制定与提升内在的学生管理质量,改善外在学习与生活环境,提高学生综合素养与就业能力,都是目前我国的高职院校培养工作中亟需解决和重视的内容。在此主要从思想问题、学习问题出发,探讨高职院校培养学生干部的重要途径。

From the learning and growth of higher vocational students, some problems and phenomena exist in the ideological progress. How to better deepen students＇ advanced thinking, enhance students＇ ideological and political quality,improve the students＇ learning interest, develop and improve the internal quality of student management, improve the external learning and living environment, and improve the students＇ comprehensive quality and employment ability, is the content to value in the current cultivation work of higher vocational colleges. The article explores the important methods of student cadres training in higher vocational colleges from thinking and learning problems.
