基于UG和Moldflow的充电器下盖的模具设计及工艺优化

摘要 根据塑件的特点,运用三维软件UG对充电器下盖进行三维实体造型,并运用其Mold Wizard模块进行了整副注射模结构设计。运用有限元软件MoldFlow对该塑件注塑成型过程进行了分析,得到了合理的浇注系统、冷却系统与成型工艺参数,并依此在UG设计的原模具上进行了重新修改。与传统的注射模设计方法相比,CAD/CAE技术的应用有助于提高注射模设计的效率,缩短模具的研发周期,对塑料注射模企业有一定的指导意义。 According to the characteristics of the plastic parts, 3D solid modeling of The charger under cover should be completed by UG,and the whole design of injection mold was performed by Mold wizard module of UG. The plastics injection molding process was analyzed hy the finite element software MoldFlow, which allows us to get the reasonable pouring system, cooling system and the molding process parameters. Finally, complete design of injection mold was performed by UG. Compared with the conventional design method of plastic mold, the application of CAD/CAE technology is helpful to improve the efficiency of the plastic mold design, shorten the development period of mold, which is significant in guiding the plastic mold design companies.
