摘要
目的检测手足口病患儿血清中细胞因子的水平,探讨其临床意义。方法收集2012-2014年送检至深圳市疾病预防控制中心并经鉴定为EV71感染的手足口病患儿106人,其中轻症组46人,重症组60人;同期收集查体健康且能够接受免疫预防接种的儿童50人为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清中细胞因子白介素10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)水平。结果与对照组相比,重症组、轻症组中IL-10、TGF-β1和MCP-1水平明显升高(P<0.05)。而随着病情的加重,IL-10、TGF-β1和MCP-1水平与病情呈正相关(r=0.625、0.177、0.552,P<0.05)。结论 IL-10、TGF-β1和MCP-1参与了EV71感染所致的手足口病发病的过程,并可能与疾病的严重程度有关。
Objective To detect the levels and significant of cytokines in children with EV71-related hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD). Methods A total of 106 clinical specimens including 46 mild and 60 severe cases of EV71-associated HFMD were collected during 2012 to 2014 in Shenzhen. Meanwhile, 50 healthy controls of vaccination of children were investigated. The levels of serum interleukin-10(IL-10),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of serum IL-10,TGF-β1 and MCP-1 in the two groups of HFMD were significantly increased when compared to those of control group(P〈0.05). The levels of serum IL-10,TGF-β1 and MCP-1 were positively correlated to severity of EV71-induced HFMD(r =0.625,0.177,0.552,P 〈0.05). Conclusion IL-10, TGF-β1 and MCP-1 were involved in the pathogenesis of EV71-induced HFMD, and related to the severity of the disease.
