摘要
目的探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)和c-myc在喉癌组织中的表达水平并分析二者间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例喉癌标本(包括10例对应癌旁正常组织),20例喉乳头状瘤和15例喉黏膜白斑中CIP2A的表达,检测40例喉癌标中c-myc的表达,结合病理资料进行分析。结果 CIP2A在喉癌组织中的表达明显高于喉粘膜白斑、喉乳头状瘤及癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),且与肿瘤的T分级、临床分期、组织分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。c-myc在喉鳞癌组织的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,CIP2A与c-myc在喉鳞癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.409,P<0.05)。结论 CIP2A与c-myc具有协同作用,共同参与喉癌的发生发展过程,CIP2A蛋白可能是喉癌靶向治疗的一个新靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of CIP2A and c-myc and their correlation in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC). Methods The expression of CIP2A was detected by immunohistochemistry in LSCC tissues of 40 cases, and their 10 adjacent normal tissues,15 laryngeal leukoplakia tissues and 20 laryngeal papilloma tissues. The expression of c-myc in LSCC tissues of 40 cases and their 10 adjacent normal tissues were detected.The relationship between CIP2A and c-myc expression with various clinicopathologic factors were analyzed. Results The expression level of CIP2A was significantly higher in LSCC than that in laryngeal papilloma and laryngeal leukoplakia.The expression of CIP2A were significant correlated with T stage,clinical stage,histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). The expression level of CIP2A was significantly higher in LSCC than adjacent normal tissues(P〈0.01).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of CIP2A and c-myc in LSCC had positive correlation(r =0.409,P〈0.05). Conclusion CIP2A and c-myc may play mutual roles in the carcinogenesis and the development of LSCC.
