目的研究非传统安全视角下的威海口岸检疫风险,保障威海口岸检疫安全,维护威海口岸检疫秩序,为健全威海口岸检疫安全屏障提供理论依据。方法根据威海口岸现状以及近期疫情动态,研究威海口岸检疫风险特点,应用文献溯源的方法对威海口岸检疫进行风险分析。结果对威海口岸检疫进行了有效地风险分析以及对威海口岸未来可能面临的风险进行了预测预判,同时提出了威海口岸风险防控对策。结论应高度重视口岸检疫工作,积极应对口岸检疫风险,多措并举维护口岸检疫秩序,保障口岸检疫安全。

Objective This article evaluates the risks of Weihai Port＇s quarantine under the new situation of non - traditional security threat for the purposes of ensuring Weihai Ports quarantine safety and maintaining its order, and providing theoretical support for perfecting the security barrier of Weihai Port＇s quarantine. Methods The charac- teristics of Weihai Port＇s quarantine risks are studied according to current situation and recent epidemic situation trends, and the risk analysis is performed by literature reference method. Results The risks of Weihai Port＇s quar- antine are analyzed effectively, and the potential risks in the future are predicted. Meanwhile, the prevention and control countermeasures are proposed. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the port＇s quarantine, port＇s quarantine risks should be positively replied, and more measures of maintaining port＇s quarantine order are sugges- ted to ensure port＇s quarantine safety.
