摘要
目的掌握白马港区医学媒介生物的本底情况,为医学媒介防控工作提供科学依据。方法依据福建出入境检验检疫局《口岸医学媒介生物本底调查方案》进行调查。结果共捕获鼠类90只,经分类鉴定隶属于2科3属4种,其中褐家鼠占60.00%,为当地的优势鼠种,汉坦病毒出血热阳性率为10.00%;捕获蚊类105只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科4属5种;捕获蝇类6506只,经分类鉴定隶属于4科16属23种,其中大头金蝇占62.97%;捕获蜚蠊1010只,经分类鉴定隶属于2科2属2种;捕获蜱5只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科1属1种;捕获螨16只,经分类鉴定隶属于2科2属2种;未捕获蚤和蠓。结论掌握了白马港区8种医学媒介的种群密度及季节消长情况。
Objective This article investigates the background of medical media biological at Baima Port, in order to provide scientific basis for medical media biological prevention and control. Methods Investigation based on Fujian entry -exit inspection and quarantine bureau "Port Medical Vector Background Investigation Plan" is car- fled out. Results A total of 90 mice are entrapped and identified as 2 families, 3 genera and 4 species, including 60.00% of Rattus norvegicus, which is local dominant species, with a 10.00% Hantavirus haemorrhagic fever pos- itive rate. A total of 105 mosquitoes are entrapped and identified as 1 family, 4 genera and 5 species. A total of 6506 flies are entrapped and identified as 4 families, 16 genera and 23 species, including 62.97% of bulk gold flies. A total of 1010 blatts are entrapped and identified as 2 families, 2 genera and 2 species. A total of 5 ticks are entrapped and identified as 1 family, 1 genera and 1 species. A total of 16 mites are entrapped and identified as 2 families, 2 genera and 2 species. Fleas and midge are not entrapped. Conclusion Population density and season- al growth and decline of 8 medical vectors at Baima Port are mastered.
