综合护理干预对胃癌患者心理及生存质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨综合护理干预应用于胃癌患者中对其心理状况及其生存质量的影响。方法随机将236例胃癌患者分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,对2组患者的满意度、心理状况及生活质量进行评估对比。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的SAS及SDS评分显著降低,观察组患者的躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知功能评分均显著升高,观察组患者对技术水平、服务态度、健康教育、心理支持及综合满意度均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够改善胃癌患者的心理状况及提高患者的生活质量水平。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological status and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 236 gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The satisfaction degree,psychological status and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results Scores of SAS and SDS,scores of physical function,emotional function,role function,social function and cognitive function as well as satisfaction degrees toward technical level,service,health education,psychological support and total satisfaction degree in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the psychological status of patients with gastric cancer and improve the quality of life.
