摘要
目的探讨饮食护理对胃溃疡患者饮食保健知识及疗效的影响。方法将100例胃溃疡患者随机分为观察者和对照组,各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予饮食护理,比较2组的饮食保健知识掌握情况以及临床疗效。结果观察组的合理饮食重要性、饮食原则、饮食注意事项等饮食健康知识的掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总疗效以及溃疡愈合疗效均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论饮食护理能够增加消化性溃疡患者的饮食保健知识,有助于治疗,且对溃疡复发的预防也具有一定积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of diet prescription on the dietary health knowledge and the efficacy in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 100 gastric ulcer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given diet nursing based on the control group,mastery of diet health knowledge and clinical efficacy were compared. Results Mastery rate of healthy knowledge in importance of reasonable diet,dietary principles,and diet notes in the observation group were better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The total efficacy and ulcer healing efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Dietary nursing can increase the knowledge of diet for patients with peptic ulcer,and it is helpful for the treatment,and it has a positive effect on the prevention of ulcer recurrence.
