心理护理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者焦虑与抑郁情绪的影响

Influence of psychological care on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨心理护理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者焦虑与抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取62例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者按将数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组采用一般的基础护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上再实施心理干预,对比2组患者干预前后焦虑与抑郁的发生率、SAS与SDS评分情况以及干预后患者用药依从性情况。结果护理干预前,2组患者焦虑和抑郁的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组焦虑发生率12.90%、抑郁发生率16.13%,显著低于对照组焦虑发生率48.39%、抑郁发生率51.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前,2组患者SAS和SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组SAS和SDS显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理干预后用药依从性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者实施心理干预的效果显著,可有效减轻患者焦虑及抑郁情绪,促进患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological care in treatment of anxiety and depression patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with general primary care,and patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention and primary care. The incidence of anxiety and depression,SAS scores,SDS scores before and after intervention,as well as patient＇s drug-dependence in two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of anxiety and depression between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; The incidence of anxiety（ 12. 90%） and depression（ 16. 13%） in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 48. 39%,51. 61% respectively） after intervention（ P〈0. 05）. SAS and SDS scores had no significant difference in the two groups before intervention（ P〈0. 05）,but SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were obviously lower than that in the control group after intervention,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The drug dependence in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention exerts obvious effect in patients with chronic hepatitis B,effectively reduces patients＇ anxiety and depression,and promotes the rehabilitation.
