肝癌患者介入治疗中护理干预措施的疗效及生活质量改善分析

Effect of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by interventional therapy

目的探究肝癌患者介入治疗中采用护理干预措施的疗效及生活质量改善情况分析。方法选取本院收治的71例行肝癌介入治疗的患者作为本次研究试验对象,根据入院时间先后将患者分成观察组36例和对照组35例,2组患者均采取介入治疗,对照组在手术前后采用常规护理,观察组采用系统性护理干预措施,观察并记录2组患者采用介入治疗及护理干预后各项生活质量评分、SAS评分、SDS评分变化情况以及疼痛程度。结果经护理干预后,观察组患者身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能以及生活质量总评分均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者中出现重度疼痛患者4例,无疼痛患者约为27.78%;对照组中重度疼痛患者10例,无疼痛患者只有17.14%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者SAS评分平均(45.43±6.25)分,SDS评分平均(51.05±7.13)分,显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且与对照组患者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者介入治疗中采用护理干预措施能减轻患者疼痛,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,有效改善患者生活质量,值得广泛推荐使用于临床当中。

Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by interventional therapy. Methods A total of 71 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma interventional therapy were randomly selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group（ 36 cases） and control group（ 35 cases） according to chronological admission. Patients in the two groups were taken interventional therapy,the control group used routine nursing before and after surgery,the observation group was given systematic nursing interventions. The quality of life score,the scores of SAS and SDS and degree of pain were observed and recorded. Results After nursing intervention,physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were 4 cases with severe pain in the observation group,and the proportion of patients without pain was about 27. 78%. There were 10 patients with moderate to severe pain in control group,pain free subjects only accounted for 17. 14%,and there was statistical significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the average SAS score was（ 45. 43 ±6. 25） points and average SDS scores was（ 51. 05 ± 7. 13） points in the observation group,which was significantly lower than the treatment before and the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for liver cancer patients treated with interventional therapy can alleviate the pain,anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,and it can improve patient＇s quality of life,so it is worthy of widely recommendation in clinic.
