摘要 新经济环境下,社会环境日益复杂,火灾隐患不断增多,火灾的发生具有突发性、随机性等特点,一旦扑救不及时或处理不当,不仅会带来巨大的经济损失,甚至可能造成人员伤亡。消防部门面临的主要问题是如何有效实现现场和指挥中心的统一指挥,在现有的条件下,充分利用人力、物力资源,及时完成消防救灾任务,将火灾损害降到最低。而3G网络技术与卫星通信技术则为消防通信指挥提供了技术支持。文章将针对基于卫星通信和3G技术的消防通信指挥系统展开研究和分析,以提高我国消防指挥通信水平。 In the new economic environment, social environment has become increasingly complex and tire hazards are increasing, the occurrence of fire has the characteristics of sudden, random and so on. Once the fighting is not timely or not handled properly, it will not only bring huge economic losses, and may even result in casualties. The main problem facing the fire department is how to effectively implement the site and command center and unified command, under existing conditions, make full use of human and material resources, the timely completion of the fire relief mission and how to make the fire damage to a minimum. The 3G network technology and satellite communication technology provide fire communication command with technical support. This article will expand research and analysis for the fire communication and command system based on satellite communications and 3G technologies to lift the level of fire command communication.
