新媒体背景下警察权力法治化研究

依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,建设法治国家也是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。在当前依法治国的大背景下,公安改革也朝着法治化的方向前进。警察力量是巩固人民民主专政、打击敌对破坏势力、稳定社会秩序的最为有力的武器,然而,警察权的行使仍然存在着不公开、不透明、法律监督失效等许多现实问题。新媒体具有公众性、高效便捷、信息量大等特点,使其产生之初就被大量民众所接受,因此,在新媒体时代,警察权能够更好地呈现在公众面前,接受人民群众的监督,从而做到权力在阳光下运行,促进了警察权力法治化的进程。

The rule of law is the basic strategy for the party to lead the people in the governance of the country, and to construct the country under the rule of law is to achieve the requirement of the modernization of the national management system and management ability. In the context of the current law, the public security reform is in the direction of the rule of law. The police force is to consolidate the people＇s democratic dictatorship, stoke destructive forces, and stable social order is the most advantageous weapon, however, exercise of the right of the police remains closed, opaque, many practical problems, such as legal supervision failure. New media is public, efficient, convenient and large amount of information, make its produce accepted by a large number of people. In the era of new media, the police power can be better presented in front of the public and accept the supervision of the masses of the people, so as to achieve the power to run in the sun, to promote the progress of the police power under the rule of law.
