视频巡控平台建设及应用初探——以大连市公安局视频巡控平台建设为例

随着视频建设的扩大及图侦技术的深度应用,视频巡控已加入到基层公安机关的立体防控体系中。它不仅能够满足巡控工作的各项需求,同时拓展了案件侦查、社会维稳等工作渠道。本文首先对传统巡控方式与视频巡控进行比较,并以大连市公安局视频巡控平台建设为例细致描述视频巡控平台的创新功能模块及具体使用方法,论述视频巡控平台在立体化治安防控体系下对巡控工作效率带来的大幅提升及方式方法的延伸拓展。

With expanding construction of video system and in-depth application of figure surveillance technology, the video patrol and surveillance have been added to the three-dimensional prevention and control system of the grass-roots public security organs. The video patrol and surveillance not only meets the needs of patrol surveillance work but also increases the channels for working on investigation of case and social stability maintenance. This article firstly compares the video patrol and surveillance with traditional way, which shows a great advantages; and then, takes construction of cameras patrol and surveillance platform of Dalian Public Security Bureau for example to adequately descript innovative features and specific use of the video patrol and surveillance platform; lastly, discusses the increasing work efficiency and expanding ways and means for patrol and surveillance with the assist of video patrol and surveillance platform in the three-dimensional prevention and control system.
