社会的不断进步,越来越多的女性具有愈加鲜明的独立人格和权利地位。同时,女性的思想观念和行为模式产生了相应的转变,女性犯罪率急剧增长,社会危害也更加严重。女性犯罪因其特殊的心理、生理因素,形成了区别于男性的犯罪动机、犯罪行为和犯罪手段[1]。因此,犯罪现场痕迹会表现出女性犯罪人的某些稳定而特有的行为特点。

At the same time, women＇s ideas and behaviors really produce the corresponding transformation, so the rate of female crime has become increasing observably and the social harm has become more and more serious. Because of the difference in physiological factors and psychological factors from male, female crime has formed the different criminal motive, criminal behavior and crime means.
