对招警联考体制下公安院校人才培养模式的思考

Thinking on Personnel Cultivation Mode of Public Security Colleges under the Recruit Police Entrance Examination

2016年我国公安院校公安专业毕业生招考工作实行全国统一考试,这对公安类普通高等院校来说面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。公安教育是公安工作的重要组成部分,公安院校又作为人才培养的主阵地发挥了不可替代的作用。本文根据招警联考改革的意见就当前我国公安院校人才培养模式现状所存在的缺陷,试图提出公安人才培养的新模式及其实现途径。以期在警察招录工作全面改革的背景下,为公安院校人才的培养提供思路。

In 2016, the recruitment of public security universities and colleges implements the unified national examination in our country, and the public security colleges and universities are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Public security education is an important part of the public security work, public security colleges and universities as main position of cultivation of talents play an irreplaceable role. And the public security colleges and universities personnel cultivation mode optimization degree restricts the quality of personnel cultivation. In view of the current our country the deficiency of the present situation of talent cultivation mode in public security colleges, this article tries to put forward the new mode of public security personnel training and its realization ways in order to provide ideas of police training under the background of recruiting reform.
