离子迁移谱法快速筛查白酒和红酒中的15种塑化剂 被引量:7

摘要 建立了快速检测白酒中15种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的离子迁移谱法。对主要参数进行优化,选择源压力2500 V、迁移管温度为170℃、离子栅门为90μs、离子栅门压力为45 V时进行测定。样品简单稀释后进样,30 ms内即可出峰,1 min可获得6组平行数据,RSD为6.5%-10.2%。利用此方法对10种白酒和5种红酒盲样进行测定,成功筛查出了含有塑化剂的样品,总筛查时间在30 min以内,实现了快速检测的需求。 HPIMS method was successfully established to detect plasticizers in liquor and wine. The optimized source voltage,tube temperature,gate width and gate voltage was 2500 V,180 ℃,90 μs and 45 V,respectively. Signal was rapidly acquired in 30 ms,and 6 parallel data can be captured in 1 min with RSD ranging from 6.5% to 10.2%. The method was used to detect 15 kinds of plasticizers in liquor and wine. The total screening time of these spirits was in 30 min,realizing the rapid demand.
