水杨基荧光酮-氯代十六烷基吡啶分光光度法测定水中铝的方法优化 被引量:2

摘要 优化水杨基荧光酮-氯代十六烷基吡啶分光光度法测定水中铝,确定试验中的关键控制点并分析其主要影响因素,并针对试验中存在的问题提供相应的解决方法。生活饮用水中的铝离子与水杨基荧光酮及阳离子表面活性剂氯代十六烷基吡啶在p H值5.2-6.8范围内形成枚红色三元络合物,通过560 nm比色法定量测定,结果显示本方法在质量浓度0.008-0.1 2 m g/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),方法最低检测质量为0.2μg;在0.008、0.02、0.08 m g/L添加浓度的回收率为80.5%-97.2%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.5%-2.9%。优化后的方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,适合生活饮用水中铝的测定。 To optimized the determination of aluminium ions in water by the salicyl fluorone-chlorinated hexadecyl pyridine spectrophotometry,find the key control points and analyze their main effect about this experiment,and solved the problems during the experiment,the red ternary complex is quantitated by 560 nm colorimetric method,which is presented by the aluminum ions in drinking water and salicyl fluorone and cationic surfactant chlorinated hexadecyl pyridine in the p H range of 5.2-6.8. The results display that the calibration curve showes a good linearity in the range of 0.008-0.12 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients(r) is 0.9998. The method of minimum detection quantification is 0.2 μg. At the spiked levels of0.008,0.02 and 0.08 mg/L,the recoveries are ranged from 80.5% to 97.2%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6) ranged from 2.5% to 2.9%. The optimized method is simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and suitable for the determination of aluminium ions in drinking water.
