从技术性贸易措施的概念入手,阐述了技术性贸易措施的影响,介绍了多个贸易协定中对技术性贸易措施的规定,并提出了应对技术性贸易措施的方法。
This paper starts from the concept of technical trade measures,describes its impact,introduces its regulation measures in the multiple trade agreements,and puts forward the solution.
