浅析新形势下高校图书馆职工思想政治工作存在的问题与对策

随着时代的进步和发展,社会各个领域也随着变化和发展。高校作为社会人才的培养基地,所面临的教育任务越来越繁重。高校图书馆是人才培养的重要场所,图书馆职工队伍建设是办好图书馆的关键所在。高校图书馆职工队伍建设和管理是一项复杂的系统工程,它的头绪多、涉及面广,各校的办学特点不同,因此管理模式各有所异。随着社会经济的不断发展,新的问题和矛盾接踵而至,高校图书馆职工思想政治工作面临着新的挑战。本文分析了在新形势下高校图书馆职工思想政治工作中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。

With the progress and development of the times,each field of the society has its changes and developments. As the training base of social talents,colleges are facing an increasingly heavy task of education. And the key of the library of a college,an important section of this training,is to construct a good team,which is a complicated systematic project with quite many affairs to deal with as there exist their unique features and diversified management characteristics in different schools. With the continuous development of social economy,the ideological and political work of the staff is facingsome new challenges as there are some new problems and contradictions appearing one after another. This paper is to,by analyzing the problems of this work under the new situation,put forward some countermeasures,expecting to solve them more or less.
