摘要 针对温度对溶液电导率以及电导率传感器电极电位存在影响,导致电导率测量值精确度下降的问题,以数字信号处理器作为主控制器,结合插值法对电导率传感器进行温度补偿,建立了电导率测量系统。测量结果表明:该系统的测量精度较高,实现了对电导率的温度补偿,满足对水溶液电导率测量精度的要求。 In order to solve the problem of the effect of the temperature on the solution conductivity and conductivity sensor electrode potential which results in the decrease of conductivity measurement accuracy,conductivity measurement system is established on the basis of the digital signal processor as the main controller,and the interpolation method was adopted for the temperature compensation of conductivity sensor.The measurement results show that the data accuracy of the conductivity measurement system is high. The system achieves the temperature compensation of conductivity,and meets the accuracy requirements of the water solution conductivity measurement.
