摘要
制备了负载型纳米ZnO/膨润土光催化剂,利用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对催化剂进行了表征。以偶氮染料酸性嫩黄G为模拟污染物,探讨了催化剂的活性。研究结果表明:负载纳米ZnO/膨润土光催化剂中ZnO颗粒大小均匀,平均粒径约5.7 nm。ZnO负载于膨润土表面,形成大颗粒催化剂。在ZnO质量分数为60%,煅烧温度为200℃,催化剂添加量为0.6 g/L,水温为15℃条件下,光催化剂对酸性嫩黄G的去除率达83%。
The nano-ZnO loaded bentonite photocatalyst was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. The azo dye acid yellow G was used as simulated pollutant to investigate the catalyst activity. The result show that ZnO in nano-ZnO loaded bentonite photocatalyst is the uniform particle size,and the average size of particles is about 5. 7 nm. ZnO loaded on the surface of bentonite forms big particle catalyst. On the condition of the 60% ZnO mass fraction,200 ℃calcination temperature,0. 6 g / L catalyst dosage and 15 ℃ solution temperature,the removal rate of photocatalyst on acid yellow G achieves 83%.
