本文在对高等学校基建项目的成本控制的背景和意义以及国内外工程项目成本控制理论与成果进行分析的基础上,对职业学院的教学楼项目建设的决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段及验收阶段进行成本控制研究,阐述了高校基建项目在各阶段存在的问题。

This essay analyzes the background and significance of cost controlling in college infrastructure projects,and also summarizes the study results of cost controlling in domestic and overseas projects,based on which the author introduces the measures to deal with the cost controlling problems existing in the stages of decision-making,designing,bidding,construction and project acceptance of teaching building construction in vocational colleges.
