摘要
经管类专业毕业生的就业问题日趋严重,如何提高经管类专业毕业生就业竞争力、商业服务能力,对于经管类专业的人才培养至关重要。本文以满足企业人才需求为原则,探讨经管类专业课程体系、实践教学体系、教学方法及考核评价方式等方面的改革,以期增强学生的专业能力,提高学生对岗位的适应能力。
The employment situation for economics and management graduates is becoming more and more serious,so it is urgent to promote the graduates' employment competitiveness,for which business service skills training is the key.Based on the job requirements for economic and management graduates,this essay discusses the teaching reform from the aspects of course system,skills training system,teaching method and evaluation,with a view to strengthening students' professional ability and improving their adaptability to the job.
