摘要
目的:分析影响我国老年人医疗卫生费用支出的因素,以期为国家制定医疗政策提供借鉴。方法:在老龄化的背景下,从家庭角度出发,利用中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查最新2011年数据,采用Heckman样本选择模型和两部模型,首先分析了老年人就医选择和医疗卫生费用总支出的影响因素,然后从总医疗支出、门诊医疗支出、住院医疗支出3个方面分别探讨影响老年人医疗卫生费用支出的因素。结果与结论:显著影响老年人医疗卫生费用支出的因素有:年龄,婚姻状况,受教育程度,地区,城镇,居住模式,健康自评状况,器具性活动能力(IADL),患慢性病情况,是否体检,收入,生活来源是否够用,医疗保险。并发现老年人医疗卫生费用支出存在着城乡、地区、居住模式的差异。
Objective： Empirical analysis of influence factors on aged population＇s health expenditures in China,in order to provide reference for making health care policy. Methods： Under the background of aging population,from the family perspective,using data from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study in 2011,Heckman model and two-part models,first analyzed the influence factors of healthcare service choice and the total health expenditure,then analysis of specific influence factors from health expenditure,outpatient expenditure,inpatient expenditure. Results Conclusion： Age,marital status,education,urban and rural,region,living model,self-rated health conditions,IADL,chronic diseases,examination,income,self-rated living standard,medical insurance were the significant factors. There are difference in aged population＇ s health expenditures between different living model,region,registered residence.
