后腹腔镜联合输尿管软镜治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄合并肾结石40例

Effects of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopy Combined with Flexible Ureteroscope in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Stricture of Pyeloureteric Junction Complicated with Renal Calculi

目的:观察肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄合并肾结石患者应用后腹腔镜联合输尿管软镜治疗效果。方法:选取医院收治的肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄合并肾结石患者80例,按数字分组法随机将患者平均分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施后腹腔镜治疗,观察组给予后腹腔镜联合输尿管软镜治疗,观察两组患者术后住院时间以及术中出血量还有手术时间、结石清除率和并发症发生率。结果:在结石清除率上,观察组显著高于对照组,在手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间以及并发症发生率方面,观察组显著优于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄合并肾结石患者,腹腔镜联合输尿管软镜治疗可以缩短手术与住院时间,减少出血量,提高结石清除率,且并发症发生率较低,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To observe the effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopy combined with flexible ureteroscope on 40 Cases of stricture of pyeloureteric junction complicated with renal calculi.Methods:80cases of stricture of pyeloureteric junction complicated with renal calculi in the Fifth People's Hospital of Shangrao City had been selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the digital grouping method,retroperitoneal laparoscopy for the control group and retroperitoneal laparoscopy combined with flexible ureteroscope for the observation group.The hospitalization time,the intraoperative bleeding volume,the operative time,the stone clearance rates and the incidence rates of complications of the two groups had been observed and compared.Results:The stone clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the operative time shorter,the intraoperative bleeding volume less,the hospitalization time shorter and the incidence rate of complications lower.There was obvious statistically difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The retroperitoneal laparoscopy combined with flexible ureteroscope can achieve a obviously better curative effect for the patients of stricture of pyeloureteric junction complicated with renal calculi with shorter operation time and hospitalization time,less bleeding volume,a lower stone clearance rate and a lower incidence rate of complications.
