摘要
目的:探讨儿歌对提高儿科手卫生正确率的应用效果。方法:选择一首不受年龄限制,传唱度高的儿歌,执行手卫生时用此儿歌来规范洗手时间。结果:实施儿歌计时6个月后因洗手时间不够所致的错误率从89.81%下降到了35.78%,手卫生正确率从68.14%提高到了83.58%,手卫生依从率从30.86%提高到了71.45%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿歌不仅提高了手卫生正确率,还对提高手卫生依从率起到了促进作用。
Objective:To explore effects of application of nursery rhymes in improving the correct rate of hand hygiene in pediatrics.Methods:A nursery rhyme had been chosen that anyone,regardless of age,can sing.The rhyme had been used to control the washing time in the course of implementation of hand hygiene.Results:The error rate caused by insufficient hand washing time decreased from89.81%to 35.78% after using the timing method for nursery rhymes to control the hand washing time six months later;the correct rate of hand hygiene increased from 68.14%to 83.58%,the compliance rate of hand hygiene increasing from 30.86%to 71.45%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursery rhymes can not only improve the correct rate of hand hygiene,but also have a synergistic effect on improving the compliance rate of hand hygiene.
