摘要
在传统的大学生思想政治教育中"对话情境"的不足,不仅使思想政治教育缺乏人文关怀也影响了教育效果的发挥。因而在现代思想政治教育中要注重对话情境的创设,在对话情境中进行的思想政治教育不仅有利于师生达到精神层面的沟通和交流,使学生在问题的讨论和解决的过程中获得真正思想上的启迪和精神层面的提升,也有利于思想政治教育工作方法的创新。对于思想政治教育的对话情境的创设要注重创设方式的多样性,情境内容的多样性和丰富性,教师角色转换的自觉性和学生质询的主动性。
There is little dialog context in traditional ideological and political education. It not only results in lacking of humanistic con- cerus, but also influences teaching effectiveness. So, we should focus on the construction of dialog context in modern ideological and po- litical education. The ideological and political education conducted in dialog context would benefit the teachers and students to spiritually connect each other, so as to help students improve their thoughts in the process of solving problems, and it is good for the innovation of ideological and political work. In the construction of dialog context of ideological and political education, we should pay attention to the diversity of method , diversity and richness of context content , consciousness of changes of teachers' roles , and initiative of students' queries.
