大学生职业规划实践教学刍议

Discussion on the Practice Teaching of College Students' Career Planning

随着高校教学改革与示范建设的逐步推进,大学生职业规划实践课程在学生教育教学工作中扮演着越来越重要的作用。在高校学生教育教学工作中积极开展职业规划实践教学课程,有利于提升学生的创新能力和实践能力,提高教学质量,实现教学目标。本文拟从大学生职业规划实践教学现状出发,在分析实践教学重要性的基础之上,提出了关于大学生职业规划实践教学的几点措施,以达到大学生职业规划实践教学的预期效果,为社会培养更多高质量高素质的人才。

With the gradual advance of teaching reform and model construction in colleges and universities, college students＇ career plan- ning practice course plays a more and more important role in the education and teaching of students. In the teaching of college students＇ education, carrying out the practice of career planning courses is beneficial to improving students＇ innovation ability and practical ability, the teaching quality and achieving the teaching goal. This article puts forward a few measures based on the current situation of college students＇ career planning practice and on the basis of analyzing the importance of practice teaching, so as to achieve the desired effect of practice teaching of college students career planning and cultivate more high-quality talents for the society.
