大学生心理资本、成就动机与学习倦怠的相关性 被引量:11

On Relationship Among Psychological Capital,Achievement Motive and Learning Burnout of College Students

摘要 为了了解大学生学习倦怠的现状及其与心理资本、成就动机的关系,并进一步揭示心理资本、成就动机对学习倦怠的预测作用。采用《积极心理资本问卷》《成就动机量表》及《大学生学习倦怠调查量表》对商洛学院400名在校大学生进行问卷调查,结果显示,大学生的学习倦怠在年级、是否获得奖学金、生源地等方面存在显著性差异;学习倦怠及其各因子与成就动机及追求成功因子、心理资本及其各因子呈现显著负相关,而与成就动机的避免失败因子呈现显著正相关;追求成功与心理资本的各个因子呈显著正相关;避免失败与心理资本各个因子呈显著负相关;成就动机、心理资本、韧性和希望对学习倦怠具有负向预测作用。 In order to grasp the relationship among learning burnout, psychological capital and achievementmotive of college students, and to disclose the predictive effect of psychological capital and achievementmotive on the learning burnout. 400 in-school college students of Shangluo University were taken assample, to carry out questionnaire survey based on scale of positive psychological capital (AMS), scale ofcollege students" learning burnout. The result shows that there is great difference in college students"learning burnout in grade, gaining scholarship or not, and the fields of their origin; There is negativecorrelation among the factors of learning burnout and success pursuit, psychological capital, and significantpositive correlation among the factors of learning burnout and avoiding failure. At the same time, there stillis significant positive correlation among the factors of success pursuit and psychological capital, andnegative correlation among the factors of avoiding failure and psychological capital. Psychological capital,success motive, toughness and hope have negative predictive effect on learning burnout.
