图书馆文化与图书馆核心竞争力之间存在着内涵实质的交融性、价值取向的一致性以及职能发挥的促进性等关系。地方院校图书馆文化建设要以体现特色为前提,以根植地方为基础,以重点建设项目为依托。只有体现地域特色,形成独特的地方特色文化资源,地方院校图书馆核心竞争力才会相应得到增强。

Library culture and library core competence have syncretism of deep meaning, consistencyvalue orientation and promotion of function display. Cultural construction of conmmunity universitylibraries should take characteristics as the premise, based on the local features and key constructionprojects. Community university libraries need to do much on local characteristics to form cultural resourceswith regional features so as to enhance their core competence.
