高校工程管理专业BIM课程建设研究

BIM(building information model)带来的技术革新从建筑物的全生命周期提高了建筑产品的生产效率,在政府和行业的推广下正逐渐改变着人们的生产习惯。工程管理专业在为建筑业输送专业的管理人员时,必须提升此项技能,以便适应工程建设需求和行业发展,高校合理、有效、全面开展BIM课程建设势在必行。文章结合目前国内外BIM课程建设现状,从建设目的、建设条件、建设模式三方面对其进行论述,提出了适合工程管理专业的BIM课程建设范式。

The technological innovation brought by BIM has improved the production efficiency of construction products in the whole life cycle of the building,and with the promotion of the government and the industry,is gradually changing people＇s production habits. When Engineering Management Specialty delivers professional man- agement staff to the construction industry, this skill must be promoted in order to meet the needs of engineering construction and the development of the industry. It is imperative to carry out the construction of BIM curriculum reasonably, effectively and comprehensively in the universities. Combined with the current status of the construction of the BIM curriculum, the article discusses the construction purpose, construction conditions and the construction modes, and puts forward a BIM curriculum construction paradigm suitable for Engineering Management Specialty.
