摘要
开放大学教学组织的结构目前仍以"金字塔"结构为主,教学及教学管理采用自上而下的执行模式;组织中的教师自主创新精神相对欠缺;组织中的领导者,失去了应有的魅力和执行力;组织的文化氛围薄弱。通过学习型的教学组织的构建,可以充分唤起开放大学教学组织的活力,通过组织结构的调整,教学观念的改变,努力挖掘教师的潜力,采用多元评价等方法,使开放大学的教学组织最优化,因此,"学习型教学组织"能促进开放教育教学质量的提高。
The structure of Open University teaching organization was featured as a "pyramid" form; the teachers were lack of the spirit of independent innovation; the executives were inefficient; the culture atmosphere of the organization was weak, All the problems mentioned above were calling for changing the old teaching organization. The teaching organization of learning can solve the above problems by adjusting the organizational structure, changing the teaching concept, stimulating teachers" potential, and using the diversified evaluation system to optimize the management of the organization. Therefore, "teaching organization of learning" can improve the quality of teaching of specialty.
