参与科研对本科生能力培养的分析与思考

随着社会的发展,用人单位对本科生各方面能力的要求不断提高,参与科研是培养其综合能力的重要途径。鉴于目前我国本科生参与科研还处于小范围、起步阶段,结合指导本科生参与科研项目的经验,对未参与和参与科研的本科生在学习能力、创新能力等多方面做了分析和思考。
