大学生职业生涯规划教育内容与途径研究

目前,大学生面临着就业难的压力。在激烈的竞争压力下,大学生中只有少数就业能力强,专业技能好,职业素养高的学生可以成功就业,找到自己满意的工作。但还有很多大学生他们的就业能力不是很强,职业理想目标不明确,在面临就业时,较为盲目,无所适从,即使勉强就业也面临着重新择业和失业的危险,跳槽和失业现象较为严重。要解决这种问题,必须要加强对大学生进行职业生涯规划教育,学校明确教育内容,选择有效的策略开展大学生职业生涯规划教育,这样,才能保障学生有效就业和有效发展。
