浅谈高校辅导员的素质建设

高校辅导员是高校学生工作的主力军,他们对青年学生的成长成才有着直接的和较大影响。高校辅导员是与学生接触最多、相处时间最长、对学生影响力最大的一个特殊群体,他们的政治素质、道德修养、专业素养、兴趣爱好、生活习惯等等都会对学生产生重大影响。高校辅导员队伍建设的成败,直接影响了大学生培养质量的好坏。

College counselors are the leading force in handling students＂ affairs. They have direct and great in- fluences on the growth of young students. They are a special group whom students mostly connect with for the longest time. Their influences are the most important on students. Their qualities in politics, ethics, ideological, hobby and behavior will make differences in students. The result of building a team of college counselors directly influences the level of teaching college students.
