以抓师资队伍引领地方高校“双一流”建设

创建"一流大学、一流学科"关键要有一流的师资做支撑,地方高校要高度重视师资队伍建设,坚持从培养师资这个基础上抓起、在引进师资这个重点上突破、在用好师资这个关键处抓实,充分发挥院系在师资队伍建设中的主体作用,并使各级干部为师资队伍建设做好服务工作。

The key to construct ＂first-class university, first-class disciplines＂ is teachers＂ support and high attention of local colleges and universities to the building of teaching staff. It should start from the foundation of teacher training, take the introduction of teaching staff as the key point and make good use of teachers. It also should play the main role of University Departments in the building of the teaching staff, and the cadres at all levels must provide good services for teaching staff construction.
