摘要
文章通过分析当前高校继续教育培训面临的发展情况,提出构建以示范高校为主体,结合政府、行业、企业多元参与的"一主多元"继续教育培训模式,从"一主多元"的各个层面探究了其具体构建方法,继而提出实施"一主多元"继续教育培训的实施优势。
This paper analyzes the development situation of the current University Continuing Education and Training, and proposes the training mode which regards demonstrated colleges as the main body, combined with" Pluralistic" continuing education and training mode participated by government, industry, enterprises. From all as- pects of "Pluralistic" mode, the paper explores the specific construction method, and then proposes the advantages through implementing "pluralistic" continuing education and training mode.
