道术并重-高职教育中儒家文化精髓的回归

文章从高职教育的培养目标入手,指出目前高职教育存在重术轻道的倾向,导致部分学生缺乏职业道德和社会责任。因此需要回归儒家文化精髓,以道为首,道术并重,才能培养出具有良好品德,完整人格的社会人和企业人。首先要更新高职教育理念,回归儒家经典,加大德育力度;其次教师在师德和业务水平上严于律己,不断进取,起到身先示范的作用;然后在校园文化中引入儒家文化精华,在校企合作教学中引入优秀企业文化。

From the cultivating purpose of higher vocational education, it is mentioned the current higher voca- tional education tend to pay too much attention to Shu（occupation skills）and ignore Dao（the moral and cultural char- acteristics）, which has led to some students＂ lack of professional ethics and sense of responsibility. Therefore, we need to return to the Confucian culture essence, and give equal emphasis on Dao and Shu, with priority given to Dao so that we can cultivate social men and businessmen who both have good virtues. Firstly, we should update the educational theories, return to the Confucian culture, and strengthen moral education; Secondly, teachers should be strict with themselves and keep moving on in order to set good examples; Finally, we should introduce the essence of Confucian culture into campus culture and also combine excellent enterprise culture with cooperative teaching.
