HPLC法测定参芪王浆养血口服液中单糖成分含量

摘要 目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定参芪王浆养血口服液中单糖成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱(4.60mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲盐(pH=6.7)(A)-乙腈(B);梯度洗脱;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为250nm,柱温为30℃。结果:甘露糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖的含量测定的线性方程分别为y=106.374 3x-0.058 5,y=188.511 9x+0.010 3和y=65.583 5x-0.873 7,线性范围分别为0.006 3~0.200 0mg/mL,0.015 6~0.500 0mg/mL,0.031 3~1.000 0 mg/mL,R^2分别为0.999 4、0.999 3、0.999 3,测定的结果分别为1.452 9mg/mL、0.0535mg/mL和54.399 3mg/mL。结论:HPLC法测定参芪王浆养血口服液中单糖成分含量切实可行。 Objective: To establish a method for monosaccharides in Nourishing Oral Liuid of Royal Jelly, Ginseng and Astragalus Root by HPLC. Methods:The Phenomenex C18 analytical column (4.60mm× 250mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phases comsisted of 0. lmol/L KH2PO4 (pH= 6.7) and acetonitrile with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 250 nm and the column temperature was at 30℃. Results:The linear equations were y=106. 374 3x-0. 058 5(R2 =0. 999 4) ,y =188. 511 9x+0. 010 3(R2 =0. 999 3) and y=65. 583 5x-0. 873 7(W =0. 999 3) with linear ranges were 0. 006 3-0. 200 0mg/ mL,0. 015 6-0. 500 0mg/mL and 0. 031 3-1. 000 0mg/mL,respectively. Conclusion: It's a proven method for the determination of monosaccharides in Nourishing Oral Liuid of Royal Jelly,Ginseng and Astragalus Root by HPLC.
