三痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎的Meta分析

Meta-Analysis of Sanbi Decoction in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:分析三痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗类风湿关节炎提供参考依据。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG)以及PubMed等全文数据库,筛选三痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎的随机对照试验,采用Revman5.2软件进行统计分析。结果:共6篇文章纳入研究,共计554例。Meta分析结果显示:治疗组有效率[OR=3.82,95%CI(2.54,5.75),P<0.00001]、临床止痛起效时间[MD=-4.40,95%CI(-7.75,-1.04),P=0.01]优于对照组;治疗组复发率[OR=0.28,95%CI(0.14,0.55),P=0.0003]、不良反应发生率[OR=0.21,95%CI(0.10,0.43),P<0.0001]低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:三痹汤或三痹汤联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著,能降低复发率及不良反应发生率。受纳入研究方法学限制,该结论有待进一步验证。

Objective：The curative effect of SanBi Decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis was analyzed to provide evidence for clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： The Chinese journal full text database （CNKI）, Wanfang database （WANFANG） ,PubMad,etc. were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trial of rheumatoid arthritis treated with SanBi Decoction, statistical analysis using Revman5.2 software. Results ： A total of 6 articles and 554 cases were included in the study. Meta-analysis results showed that the effective rate[OR=3.82,95 %CI （2.54,5.75）, P〈0. 00001]and clinical analgesic onset time[MD=-4.40, 95% CI （- 7.75,-1.04）, P = 0.01 ]of the treatment group was better than that of the control group; the relapse rate[OR = 0.28, 95%CI（0.14,0.55）,P=0. 0003] and adverse reactions[OR=0.21,95%CI（0.10,0.43）,P〈0. 0001]of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： SanBi decoction or SanBi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is significant, and can reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reactions. Due to low quality of articles, the conclusion needs to be further verified.
