摘要
结合甘肃省天水市某地下车库结构平面布置工程实例,通过分析计算对比结构经济性的两个主要客观指标:钢筋工程量和混凝土工程量,证实主次梁结构和主梁结构两者的综合差距均在2%之内,实际在材料使用量上没有本质差别,对比无梁楼盖,材料成本均增加60%以上,造价成本比无梁楼盖结构花费更高。证明无梁楼盖结构在整体经济效益上更占据优势,是设计中降低结构经济指标的可行途径。计算对比结果也为今后地下车库结构设计方案选择提供了参考。
By integrating engineering project of plane layout of structure of one underground garage in Tianshui City of Gansu Province,analyzing,calculating and comparing the two important objective indicators of structure economy which are reinforcement engineering quantity and concrete engineering quantity,it is verified that the comprehensive difference between main and secondary beam structure and main beam structure is within 2%,and the actual material usage amount has no essential distinction.Compared with flat slab,both material cost increases at least 60%,and its construction cost is higher.It indicates that flat slab has more advantages on the overall economic benefits,and is a workable approach for reducing structural economy indicators in design.The results of calculation and comparison have also provided references for the further structural design plans of underground garage.
