摘要
产品售后质保服务已经成为影响供应链收益的重要因素。我们旨在研究二级单渠道供应链下,以质保期为决策变量的最优决策问题。研究将质保期对产品需求量的影响,以及随着产品上市时间推移,质保期对产品需求量影响减弱的情况纳入考虑范围。质保使用免费维修质保策略,并假设产品故障率随时间变化服从威布尔分布。在完整建模的基础上,使用最大化原理,对模型进行求解并进行数值分析,最后对研究结论和未来研究方向进行讨论。研究发现,制造商制定变动质保期时,收益达到最大化。因此,制造商有积极性依据质保期对产品需求量的影响规律分阶段制定质保期。
After-sale quality assurance services of products have been an important factor which has influences on supply chain benefits.We are aimed to study the optimal decisions by taking warranty period as decision variable in the two-stage single channel supply chain.The influences of warranty period on product demands are studied.Besides,the weakened influences of warranty period on product demands over time after the products are in the market are also taken into consideration.Quality assurance uses the strategy of free maintenance and quality assurance by assuming changes of failure rate of products obey Weibull distribution over time.Based on a complete model,solutions and numerical analysis on the model are conducted by using maximization principles.At last,this thesis discusses the research conclusion and the future research direction.The research finds out that manufactures can formulate variable warranty period to achieve maximized benefits.Therefore,manufactures have motivation to formulate warranty period by stages based on the influence rules of warranty period on product demands.
