摘要
目的了解在校护理本科生自我价值感现状及其影响因素。方法选取安徽省某高校护理学院420名本科生,采用青年学生自我价值感量表、人际信任量表及社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生总体自我价值感条目均分3.85±0.58,一般自我价值感条目均分3.68±0.53,特殊自我价值感条目均分3.59±0.36。多元线性回归分析结果显示,社会支持、人际信任、成绩、健康状况和年级是总体自我价值感的影响因素(调整R2=0.194);社会支持、成绩、人际信任和学生干部是一般自我价值感的影响因素(调整R2=0.282);社会支持、成绩、人际信任、健康状况、年龄、留守经历和学生干部是特殊自我价值感的影响因素(调整R2=0.328)。结论护理本科生的自我价值感水平偏低,应引起社会及教育者的重视,采取针对性干预措施,以提高护理本科生的自我价值感。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of self-worth of nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of420 nursing undergraduates were recruited from one nursing school in Anhui province.They were investigated by using questionnaires,which included Adolesent Self-worth Scale,Interpersonal Trust Scale,and Social Support Rating Scale.Results The average score of overall,general and special self-worth was 3.85±0.58,3.68±0.53 and 3.59±0.36 points respectively.Multiple regression analysis showed that students′social support,interpersonal trust,acadamic performance,health status and grade were predictors of overall self-worth,which explained 19.4% of the variance.Social support,academic performance,interpersonal trust and being student leaders were predictors of general self-worth,which explained 28.2% of the variance.Social support,academic performance,interpersonal trust,health status,age,experience of being left behind and being student leaders were predictors of special self-worth,accounting for 32.8% of the variance.Conclusion Nursing undergraduates have low level of self-worth.More attention should be paid and measures should be taken to improve students′self-worth.
