摘要
目的探讨对社区2型糖尿病同伴教育者的培训方法及效果。方法参考2008年WHO的糖尿病同伴教育者培训项目,成立糖尿病同伴教育者培训委员会,对入选的12名社区2型糖尿病同伴教育者进行以医院为基地、为期8个月的理论学习、同伴教育者实践和自身行为管理相结合的培训。分别在培训前及培训后检测、评估糖化血红蛋白含量、糖尿病态度、糖尿病自我管理行为,以及接受其教育的180例患者糖尿病态度。结果培训后,12名同伴教育者看图对话实践与大课堂实践得分达到合格标准,自身糖化血红蛋白含量、糖尿病态度评分和糖尿病自我管理行为得分与培训前比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),180例患者糖尿病态度得分显著高于教育前(P<0.01)。结论对社区2型糖尿病同伴教育者的培训,能有效提高其沟通交流、语言表达能力和糖尿病自我管理能力,改善糖尿病患者的疾病态度。
Objective To explore the method for coaching diabetes peer educators and to evaluate the training effect. Methods By reviewing the WHO Peer Support Programs in Diabetes, we built a committee for coaching diabetes peer educators, and provided 8 month hospital-based training for 12 peer educators who had type 2 diabetes and lived in community. The training contained theo retical sessions, clinical practice and self-management of disease. The level of glycosylated hemoglobin, attitude toward diabetes, and diabetes self-management behaviors of the peer educators were evaluated at baseline and immediately after the training. Atti- tude toward diabetes of patients who received peer-led education by these peer educators was also surveyed. Results All of the peer educators were qualified in practice of diabetes conversation map and in classroom teaching after the training. The level of glycosy lated hemoglobin, attitude toward diabetes, and diabetes self-management behaviors of the peer educators had significant diffe rences before and after the training (P〈0.01 for all). Attitude toward diabetes of patients was significantly improved after they received peer led education (P〈0.01). Conclusion Providing training for peer educators can enhance their communication ability and self-management behaviors, thus to improve attitude to diabetes of patients.
