急诊科预检分诊系统质量评价标准的构建

Development of quality indicators for nursing triage process

目的构建科学、客观、操作性强的急诊预检分诊系统质量评价指标体系。方法采用三维质量结构模型建立急诊预检分诊系统质量评价指标,运用德尔菲法进行2轮咨询。结果确定包含3项一级指标(结构质量、环节质量、终末质量)、23项二级指标和85项三级指标的评价指标体系,并得出各级指标权重。结论急诊预检分诊系统质量评价指标体系体现了预检分诊质量的内涵,可为预检分诊质量的全程监控提供客观量化的参考。

Objective To build a scientific, objective and practical quality evaluation system for the nursing triage process. Methods Based on the Donabedian＇ s structure-process outcome quality of care model, a quality evaluation system for the nursing triage process was developed, then a two round Delphi consultation was conducted. Results The quality evaluation system contained 3 primary indicators （structure quality, process quality, and outcome quality）, 23 secondary indicators, and 85 tertiary indicators. The weights of indicators were calculated. Conclusion The quality evaluation system reflects connotation of triage quality and can provide quantitative support for monitoring of nursing triage process.
